The whites have between 3 and 6 weeks shelf life when kept in a fridge. Once opened they should be used within 72 hours.
The beauty of these egg whites is that they are shipped fresh to you so they can then be frozen once you have them. They can also be portioned and then frozen, affording you far more portion control and also helping you avoid unnecessary waste.

If you order in multiples of 15 Kg (30Kg is the maximum amount that can be shipped for the £10 charge) we will give you a 10% discount off the egg white. (15Kg egg white would cost you £47.12 which includes the shipping cost. Which works out as £3.14 per litre delivered)
(30Kg egg white would cost you £84.24 which includes the shipping cost. Which works out as £2.81 per litre delivered)
Due to an increase in packaging costs the minimum amount of egg whites we can send for £10.00 delivery charge is 5, if you want to order less than 5 an additional £5.00 will be added to your bill.
