Our Biltong is lovingly made by Richard who spent 6 months in Jo'burg researching and studying how to make Biltong. The results are here to be seen with one of the finest Biltongs' made outside of South Africa. So good in fact when you taste it it will bring a tear to the eye as it reminds you of the homeland! We're serious, it's that good!
